WOLF Cell Sorter Consumables
Discover the WOLF microfluidic cartridges for all your cell sorting applications.
Technology
Better than a fluidic cart, sterile microfluidic cartridges ensure low-pressure cell sorting applications for sensitive cells. With disposable cartridges, there will be no more sample-to-sample contamination
NanoCellect offers two types of cartridges. First for bulk sorting, the cartridge has 3 output channels that allow to sort 2 selected cell populations in the A and C channels while the remainder of the cells are collected in the B channels. The single-cell sorting cartridge is designed to work with the N1 Single-Cell Dispenser accessory to deposit 1 to 100 cells per well of a 96- or 384-well plate.

N1 Single-Cell Dispenser Accessory
A module for the WOLF Cell Sorter to sort and dispense into 96-well or 384-well plates.
The N1 Single-Cell Dispenser revolutionizes applications that demand precise isolation, sorting, and dispensing of individual cells. Whether it’s B-cell identification for antibody discovery or monoclonal CHO cell line development, the N1 Single-Cell Dispenser simplifies these tasks significantly. Researchers can now streamline single-cell genomics assays by directly plating single cells into PCR plates, unlocking new possibilities for high-throughput analyses. Achieve unparalleled accuracy and efficiency is single cell dispensing with the N1 Single-Cell Dispenser and transform the way you approach critical applications that rely on single-cell isolation.
High Viability
The N1 single-cell dispenser is ideal for a multitude of applications including single cell cloning and works seamlessly with the microfluidic-based WOLF cell sorter for easy single cell isolation, single cell analysis, and cell line development. The gentle low-pressure sorting mechanism and single cell manipulation preserve cell viability through the sorting process and provide higher outgrowth of healthy clones. Reduced stress via gentle microfluidic cell sorting (low throughput) process also avoids potential adverse gene expression or karyotype changes experienced with a traditional cell sorter.
Sterile Microfluidics
The WOLF uses a small fraction of the sheath fluid used by traditional sorters, allowing users to use growth media as sheath. Using growth media as sheath greatly improves cell viability for cell isolation, FACS (fluorescence activated cell sorting) and overall flow cytometry analysis.
